How do I start to order milk and groceries from you?

Simple...Call either Cathy, Laura or Julia on 01622 674920 and we will take your order or have your local milkman call on you.  Or you can place your order on here, if you are an existing customer, who is registering on our website, please remember to add your current order as a new order, as your details wont upload automatically from our system.  Once you have entered your order you can then alter, skip add holidays very simply on here.

 

Do I have to pay by cash can I pay by cheque?

Yes of course, a lot of our customers pay by cheque, all we ask is that you wait for the bill to be over £20.00......Don't forget your name and address on the back!

 

Office opening hours

The office hours are 8.30am to 3pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 8.30 to 12.30pm.  You can by all means leave a message, or email, but these will be dealt with on the next working day, so if its to do with the next days delivery, please make sure you leave a note for the milkman.  The office doesnt open on Sunday or bank holidays (even though we deliver normally on the bank holidays)

 

Can I pay by debit or credit card?

YES! Alot of our customers call either Cathy, Laura or Julia on 01622 674920 and pay over the phone by credit or debit card

 

What days of the week do you deliver?

We deliver Mon-Sat (except Thursdays) but our milkman either deliver 3 times a week  Mon - Weds -Fri or 2 days a week Tues - Sat,  it depends on the individual area, please enquire what days are available for your area

 

Do you deliver to offices and business?

Yes we can set up an account for any local business

 

Can I change my order at anytime?

Yes of course, nothing is written in stone, you can change your order up or down anytime you wish

 

What time can I expect my delivery?

99% of all our deliveries are made by 7.30am
